Those rates seem low ,do you mean the international liver congress which is being held in Vienna now?
Had a quick google and from what I read real world data sows svr4 at 100% with SOF/RIB/DCV
AT BOTH 12 and 24 weeks could not see any svr12 or 24 data tho
This was for genotype 1 cirrhotics
However it did mention serious adverse events in 9% of patients and discontinuation of treatment in 3% of patients

did anyone read the 2015 european liver meeting abstrcts.  The numbers of svr ofr cirhotics who failed treatmentlook arounf 88% 

 

This is far lower than the original numbers.  Is this the real worldnumbers?

 

SVR12 rates were 68% in patients without cirrhosis and 74% in those with cirrhosis.

Undetected at week 2 on solvaldi/rib/interferon:  stayed through week 12 but virus came back as soon as I stopped.  on   Harvoni and ribravirin 24 weeks undetected after two. 8/2/15  12 week EOT  UNDETECTED!  SVR
