Hi Matt,

It's great to hear from you and pleased to know you're getting so close to the finish line. I'm sure you're pleased to have put some of that lost weight back on. I lost a lot too, but have found a few of those lost pounds (kg). Donuts are great for that, lol!

I enjoyed your upbeat message and appreciate your advice for all following in your footsteps. It's so important to share that kind of positive message with everyone.

I wish you the best as you close in on your own finish line. The days will get brighter and brighter the closer you get. Good luck Matt, keep in touch!

excuse my spelling but remembering my way home from work is even a bit tricky these days so pls forgive .

i cannot believe i have only 7 games of darts to go and every day is a blessing ?

it has been a tough road and still is but the sense of achievment and relief is amazing already it is all about a new life for me and loving it.

i have gained weight the last 2 months to the tune of 4-5 kilo

start weight 75 kg during treatment around month 6 was 65 kg and now 70 kg so al in all its not to bad i thought

every comment that has come from u wonderfull people through this difficult time has contributed to me manageing the dragon so thank again to all

also if any new starters are taking on this challenge for me it was about prepairing mentally and stay away from anyone who might stress you it is about you so be greedy you deserve it

take care Matt
