Hey Mark,

Thats great news! I personally would trust the Fibroscan over the Fibrosure results. 6.7 is quite good and Fibrosure is known to be inaccurate at the high and low end of its staging scale. You've got every reason to be pleased this week. The EOT+4 undetected and now this, you should be dancing on the clouds right now, lol! Congratulations, looks like you did it to me!

Had a Fibroscan done today. Came back with a score of 6.1 and the doctor says my liver looks pretty damn good. Given I had a Fibrosure blood test score of F4 prior to 24 weeks of Harvoni, I'll take good news however it comes. HCV Quantive/Alpha Tumor Marker blood test on Aug 1st which is about 11 weeks post treatment and for now ultrasound of the liver at 6 month intervals. Feeling postive and relieved.

Ok, thanks Mark, so your next lab tests will be at about 12 weeks post tx then, looking back at when you finished.

Well, it`s all looking very promising for SVR12!  smile

Hey Mark

Way to go!  All right, now that is great news for you and for all us other F4's

This is a very important hurdle and highest in the after treatment UND sequence, from here  all gets easier. I see more good news in your future Lowrider, you will be Highriding come week 12 EOT

Thanks, cautiously hopeful at this point. Having a Fibroscan on Thursday and another set of blood tests on August 1st.

Hi Mark,

Congrats on your undetected result, at 4 wks post tx that`s a very strong indicator of reaching SVR!

Best of luck with your next viral load test...but are you not having one done at 12 weeks post EOT?

All looks good there, I agree.  Glad you`re feeling better and getting some energy back.  smile

Got the blood test results after 24 weeks of Harvoni at 4 weeks EOT today. Everything looks right.  Feeling much better, joint and muscle pains are gone, don't feel like I am dragging around in dead body anymore, energy is slowly coming back. Only thing is a painful knee joint arthritis flare up that is slowing me down but I have had this previously. Looking forward to a 6 month EOT blood test.
