Hey Tig   Thanks alot for encouragement along the tracks, but to tell you the truth; it hasnt been as bad as all that. There are people who have suffered alot more than me , that deserve praise for being the pioneers that lead us to the station.   Michaele

Hey Michaele,

BIG WOOT IS RIGHT!!! I'm thrilled to hear your good news. You've battled through everything the Dragon threw at you and prevailed! Congratulations is certainly in order and the victory is all yours!

Time to rest, recover and stay away from all of those stinging, biting critters, lol! It has been a pleasure to share your journey to SVR. We all know what a true warrior you are and what you endured to achieve success! I wish you all the best and look forward to some future updates. Good luck!

Hi Michaele,

Congrats on your SVR. Enjoy life.

Don't worry about Fibrosure- get a Fibroscan in a year or two. Time to relax. Cheers.

Thanks Cinnamon Girl ,      My last visit will be  in 3 months , I'll talk to Dr then. I havent seen him since blood draws; got the results posted to an account. I just wodered why the Alpha 2 -Microglobins and the haptoglobins were elevated. The allergic reaction elevate the one but I wondered about the other.    HOPE YOUR DOING WELL.   Michaele

Congrats on SVR12, Michaele, that`s brilliant news!!  biggrin

I wouldn`t have thought the prednisone and pepcid would make any difference to your fibrosure result, your doctor would have said so otherwise.

I`m so pleased for you, you haven`t had an easy time on your journey to SVR, and it`s been a pleasure having you with us.

Now you can relax and let your liver continue the healing process, while you get on with enjoying your Hep C free life!

I was wondering if the prednisone and pepcid affected the  results of fibrosure. I know the allergic reation to wasp sting elevated the Haptoglobin level/still WNL , but what about the Alpha 2-Macroglobins ?  These Drs dont tell you to fast either. Just wondering

Hi all. Looks LIke Im SVR.. WOOT me.  platelets lowish at 117, all metoblics normal, FibroSure F2: down from F4 last year. WBC are 4,5 but I was on prendisone for 5 days do it went up 0.1 , So Im thanking God ; and All of you for putting up with me. I really dont give alot of creadence to Fibrosure , but Dr does. He said it take all the crap in the blood into account, while the biopsy only measures the pieces taken. Few years back biopsy was F2-F3.  Thanks again  Micheale
