Congratulations to you for finishing treatment and the undetected viral load that came with it!! I hope you see rapid improvement in many ways, particularly in your kidney function. I won't be the least bit surprised when you do. I've witnessed several improvements since SVR was achieved, so don't count anything out.

Time to rest up and recover. Let those meds clear the system and enjoy that new Hep free future!

Hi all,

I am now post treatment with an undetected viral load.  However, I still have kidney involvement which is listed below in my signature.  I will be seeing my nephrologist at the end of the month.

My GI doctor said the Hep C treatment would halt the progress of the kidney disease and eradication of the virus might even cause the kidney situation to reverse.

Is anyone else in this situation?  If so, how have you responded after treatment?

FemA.
