Thanks Jill. Glad to be here.

Yes, still a definite for these forums. Esp. for advice on insurance company/online pharmacy shenanigans.

See you cleared using peg/riba. Congrats on that! I know that was hard.

Thanks!  You`re right, it certainly wasn`t easy but I was very lucky to clear the virus on the first attempt.  I wouldn`t have wanted to go through that again!   smile

Hi there Dm, I would day it's definitely because of the latter, people on the whole are having a much easier experience on treatment with the new DDA drug regimes. Having said that there is still an ongoing need for forums such as this for various different reasons and we remain quite busy, some times more than others .

I did read your post in the New Members Area and hadn't got round to welcoming you yet, thanks for introducing yourself to us.  Good to have you with us.

Beat of luck with your Viekira Pak treatment!

I am surprised things are so quiet on the 3 forums I view.  Not at all like it was in 2007.  Post after post.

I interpret this as 1 of  2  things:

1.  Things are just quiet in the summer

2.  The new drugs work with little/mild side effects.

I hope it is #2!
