Thanks for the information Mike. That was very informative and useful for patients and doctors alike. You have a very sharp pharmacist on your team! The graphics were very helpful and made understanding the potential problems and recommended therapies much easier to follow. Good find!

This is some fairly current information (4-2015) for co-infected individuals.

 Personally, I found the information pertaining to co-administration of Ledipasvir / Tenofovir very informative considering I take Harvoni for Hep C / Tenofovir, Etravirine and Darunavir for HIV. My doctor was not aware of the drug-drug interaction listed here until I informed him. My pharmacist is who pointed it out to me. My doctor said he would monitor my lab results for an indication of potential TDF-associated renal injury. Now I know to be sure these test are included in my blood work and to note the results for estimated creatinine clearance, serum phosphorus, urine glucose, and urine protein.

 IMO, It pays to be aware of what's going on with our treatment. Doctors miss details often!
