I am not sure of any definitive damage to my liver.  I have never been a drinker or anything like that, but I had a long time with high ALT's etc as they tried to convince me It was  gall bladder, but My Dr is adamant   that any damage would resolve.... whatever that means. It already feel  miles from when it did  with the " gall Bladder"

The energy thing just  came out of nowhere.

I will take it

Hey brian, love your drinks, Great to hear recovery is going so well. Us older folk and cirrhotics take quite a bit longer to acheive such improvements but we can expect some of them as well.

I don't get  Fog,  No pain in right quadrent, no  forgetting things as I did at start of treatment months ago. No pain in my hands, my knees  ! The energy is what  is my  norm is.

It just dawned on me a couple of days ago it was a stark difference that has been sticking.

I am at my normal weight, I drink 16 oz of pomagranet juice a day, and a Kale smoothie a day . I avoid fried foods  comepletley, no red meat,  pretty much follow a  Mediterranean diet, but pretty mormal .

2 more Sweden  , next Berlin

Peace All !
