Thanks for all the input. It is really a nuisance to have this loud ringing but after reading the replay I certainly can wait till off treatment to use the Lipo-Flavonoid...that's if I still have it then. Thanks to all.

I have it but it doesn't bother me enough to take any medication for it. I pretty much don't take any medication, supplement, etc. to treat any side effect unless absolutely necessary because I don't want to take a chance on anything interfering with the Harvoni doing it's job. So far no side effect has been bad enough to take that chance. smile

There have been several members mention the same problem with tinnitus beginning a few weeks (most of them) after they started treatment. There isn't anything specific mentioned in the manufacturers documentation, but I don't know if they will. The descriptions of this from one Harvoni warrior said they had an appointment set up following EOT and by the time they got in, the tinnitus had stopped. That tells me it was drug induced. The old protocols caused it in many of us and I'm still suffering from it. I've seen the advertising for Lipo Flavinoid too and wondered if it would do anything, let me know after you finish treatment. No supplements during treatment (as you know).

Hi Judy, there are a number of forum members that have experienced tinnitus while on tx.  If you do a search w/tinnitus you'll find a number of threads where this appears to be a side effect.  I had it before tx and on a scale of 1 to 10 it's an 11 :)  It is a real pain in the r ear.   But hey, it's a beautiful day :)

Has anyone experienced tinnitus (ear ringing) due to taking Harvoni? My right ear started about two weeks after I started my treatment. I went to my ENT doctor Monday but he can find no reason other than the possibility of a reaction to Harvoni. It is not listed in the noted side effects. I just today purchased Lipo-Flavonoid but will not take it untill I get approval. Thanks.
