Hi Kat,

Congratulations! I remember the difficult days you shared and am glad you allowed us to be part of your journey. It wasn't always easy but the results are in and you have a trophy you can be proud to show off. SVR24 is something to cherish! Good luck!!

Don't want to rain on your parade, but I still have lingering tummy stuff 2 years after UND--20 months after SVR.  I took Merck clinical trial.  All my labs remain fine.   I just think the pills are hard on the tummies of some people.  I consider it minor compared to having Hep C.

Congrats on being SVR 24 !!!

I did visit my Doctor and we had the conversation concluding my treatment. Yes, I am officially SVR 24. I remember feeling like perhaps I was dying. I feel incredibly healthy now. I'm so grateful. Thank you for all the encouragement and support.

SVR-24!!! Congratulations! Way to go Katrina! I'm glad you are feeling better and better and I know just getting that SVR-24 report made your remaining Sx issues seem much easier to deal with. You've come along good since Nov. 1st when you wandered whether or not you were "dying" biggrin and I'm sure you've got plenty more progress coming your way in the near future. Keep up the steady recovery and keep us up to date on how being 'cured' is treating you. smile

Hi Katrina,

BIG WOOT!!! Congratulations are the order of the day! SVR24 it is Kat, I know you must be thrilled. It takes time to recover , but you've already discovered the improvements do come and they will continue to improve. You sound like a patient person and it will pay off. Keep believing and good things will continue to happen smile

Hi Friends!

Just got my 24 weeks post lab results! My labs are all normal improved from 12 weeks. I am still undetected! I have been feeling a lot better. I have some lingering tummy stuff going on. I get some wicked heartburn. My acne has improved a lot! Any physical discomfort or joint stiffness is not persistent, but sporadic and mild. I am healing and it feels great.
