Duh, stupid me, I couldn't rightly remember and I didn't read what you had already posted there, right in front of me, in your sig line!!, (gee, I guess I coulda done that eh, but that might have been too easy) ... of course you had a fibroscan!! Sheesh, my brain!. But, do keep us posted on your Fscore and labs, etc., and tests coming up (if and when you have more imaging of your liver or your next fibroscan), we are nosy ... (at least I am!). Now that we have conquered HCV, I want to watch your Fscore and other things, now RESOLVE!

Who'd a thunk slicing a bucket of balls could mean so much. Like my mini-hill trek, akin to mounting Everest! biggrin C.

Those results are looking good and now you can carry on with the next battle. I am glad you are feeling better.

You mentioned platelets being low and I must say that mine were as well but right now at EOT + 24 they are back within the normal range. This means a lot to me considering I do have cirrhosis.  I would watch them as time progresses as they might increase as well.

Cheers.

Hey Canuck

Bigly....lol. When I did the math to estimate when I would get my viral load results, it came up as Nov.8. That is Election Day in the USA. I felt the need to steal Trump's word "bigly".

I have put on about 10 pounds so far and another 10 to 15 would be a good thing.

My arm(s) are doing so much better. I hit a bucket of golf balls the other day which I haven't been able to do for years. (Dang slice is still there though)

I am sleeping better and have more energy. All good :)

Hi Clayton,

those results are looking very promising. Nov 8 will be done and dusted before you can blink too.

Good luck with your results to come too, Canuck.

Oh my Re-Buy, what a lovely pair you have!!

It's the lovely labs I am referring to (the rest of you can get your mind out of the gutter), the twin 18"s for your ALT and AST are VERY nice.

Even your platelets are beefier at 103 than what they had dipped to prior.

Ya, we all know what your VL is gunna be, but still, I am very much looking forward to seeing you write it out for us to see and enjoy again (and again, and again)!

Maybe Nov 8 for the rest of labs/VL to come eh? Well, lots of time then to get the maple syrup and ice cream ready. WTH,  you actually could have some now, everything is better with a little maple syrup on it! ... like Julie Andrews would say, just a little bit helps the medicine go down, given you had one pill left to get past your gullet!

Bigly??!! What ever has happened to your english man ! Well, actually ... I think I am liking that one, suits you, as you HAVE done MUCH in bigly ways!! You ARE winning, and deserve it.

So, are you a fattening yourself up yet, or do you remain a skinny-minnie - are you gaining (pun) on that front a well?? I am stuck and stalled at 110, not 'sposed to eat TOO much fat (that would be the easiest way for me to pack on 5 or 7 lbs.), but with my fatty post-G3 liver, hm, best not. FAT and lots and lots of glorious sugar would be nice!!, mm-mm - kinda forbodden vices tho - jeez what's left - coffee?! NO ONE is going to make me stop eating maple syrup and ice cream!!!

Are you still continuing to feel pretty good (improving), and sleeping OK? Has that prior right arm pain thing lessened any more?

Maybe you will now start to see more and more things change for the good, now that your body is finally free of this MAJOR taxing/free-loader virus. I was reading about possible associations between lymphomas and HCV, perhaps reverse association stands to reason as well, that without the HCV, your body has a better opportunity to heal much and protect itself now.

Unlike maple syrup, which is good on everything, HCV is not.

Please do keep us posted on your labs, you said you had some LDH's, AFP's, and, you never mentioned your GGT, ferritin/ iron saturation again (I don't recall so anyway), and you never did have a fibroscan, did you? With your tons of imaging, perhaps they did not feel fibroscan was important. But jeez, they only make you do all the HARD tests and stuff (fibroscan is so easy, and such an easy way to give you some feedback, over time, as your liver regains its health again!).

I  just got some of my lab stuff done too, EOT+24week, and will post soon, once I get it all back - I'm arm wrestling them for the VL results again, I did get another fibroscan tho, and a ferritin, and YAY, I finally got them to arrange another abd. ultrasound for me, so that will be next, to have a lookie-loo at my fat ole liver again.

I'm on the road again - designated driver to assist my partner with his drugged up scoping episode in hospital tomorrow. Will have to catch up with other posts, maybe tomorrow night or so.

So glad to hear back from you again tonight with your news.  Us Canuck's are killin' it!.  biggrin C.

Outstanding news, Clayton! I like the enzymes and the rest is likely a combination of treatment and your fibrosis stage. I hope to see that improve in time, no reason to be anything but positive. Good luck with the lymphoma battle. Maintain the same good attitude and you will do well.

Keep us posted on your coming test results, good luck!!!

WOOT!

I 'm one pill away from done. I went for EOT bloodwork today.

ALT - 18

AST - 18

Platelets - low - 103

Lymphocytes - low - 1.3

Monocytes - High - 0.9

It will take a couple of weeks to get the rest of the results.

Now I can resume the lymphoma battle.

I am winning.....bigly :) I am sure.

Results should come in on November 8 and will say...virus un-detected.
