Why do some threads not fit the screen?

I have mentioned this in the past. The problem is usually due to posting a large (HD) photograph or graphic. Copying and pasting an article can cause issues, too. If the attachment is larger than 50Kb’s, don’t insert it, just leave it in Icon form and allow people to open it instead. Sometimes, a long URL address will do the same thing. I find this to be a particular problem when trying to view the forum on small handheld devices. At times, it will miniaturize the page, or push everything to one side. It depends what a person uses to view the page.

Which thread are you referring to? I may be able to fix it. Leaving HD photos in the icon size (not inserting them) and abbreviating/shortening URL’s usually resolves it.

Some of the threads don't fit the screen. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Thanks, Iris
