I had a pretty good week too! Just one really hard day and I dragged myself through it. Yes--the weekends are always up & down. Try to keep up the house stuff just to keep myself moving and NOT sitting around moping.  Let myself mope only after I get my chores done--then I am too tired to mope.

Cheers to the good week! party.gif

I've just recently found when I HAVE to do something I can get up for it and actually feel better. This AM I was sitting around, headache, tired, feeling like I wouldn't move all day and a friend emailed and said don't you remember we were going to meet. Part of me thought I could pretend I didn't see it but I jumped up dressed and went out and I was fine. Course now I'm back in my chair for the day. And YES amazing what a spot of sun will do for my attitude

Kiwi, My grandfather told me that the world was created with one-third dry land and two-thirds ocean for a reason.... God intended us to fish twice as much as we work. I have often noticed that a few hours of fishing could cure just about any ill. You made the right choice. Hope you are not tired tired or sore today. Alan

Glad you had a good day, Kiwi!!! Reminds me of when I used to go down to FL and go fishing with my buddy. Man, we would have a great time just sitting out there on the boat, trying to look like we knew what we were doing. A lot of fun, but no fish. confuse

Hope you have many more ...
