I am so sorry but know how you feel! I went through treatment with no avail  12 years ago and am on the triple therapy again to hopefully kick it.  I am guessing we will see more and more posts in the next few months about peoples results either sustaining SVR or the virus coming back since now more and more people are finishing the treatment.

Keep your head up!

aloha,

Meghan

Sorry to hear this news, Andrzei. As you know, these new drugs seem to be having great results in trials - Jim's journal is really encouraging.

Look after yourself and keep that great attitude!

Love Steff xxxx

Hey, all thanks for the kind words, engouragement and good wishes. I'm good. My attitude it is life goes on, just make the best of it. Don't want to be a downer, just trying to keep it real. I started treatment back in September and finished February this year, 30 day test came up good, 90 day, no good. Oh well as stated life goes on, hope it works out better for everyone else on the same treatment. Me I'll just continue enjoying life and wait for the next latest and greatest.

Andrzej, thank you for letting us know. I started Invicek May 19th and it is already a ride.
It breaks our heart when tx falls and we all desperately need
The NEW drug markers to get it together on their financial disagreement and get new medicine
Out to us! I think we would all stop what we are on and get on it. I believe there are few members
Doing the drug in trails on this formun. I read where Geno 1 has had 100 percent success.
After putting ourselves thru treatment, getting our hopes up
Then relapse it is a great disappointment.
But we are survivors and have the honor of being courageous
Enough to try. I know I could be in your shoes too.
Bless your heart! Once u work thru your emotions, try to see if anyone on here
Knows how you can get to do any new trials.
Know that you are not alone!
JoAnne

Really sorry to hear this Andrzei, you gave it your best shot, and you must feel so disappointed.  Don`t give up hope though, with great looking new drugs in the pipeline your day will come I`m sure!

In the meantime take good care of yourself and be proud that you endured tx with incivek!

Wishing you all the best and sending a big hug,  Jill xx

When I saw the thread title "It's Back" I felt like I got hit in the gut; I can only imagine how you feel. There are some promising treatments just around the corner, so please take comfort in that knowledge.

Best wishes

That sucks, I know how you feel...in how long you found out after you finished the treatment? Did you do 24 or 48 weeks? What's your genotype? The guys are right, one more new drug is coming out very soon, there is hope, don't give up!

Sorry to hear this my friend, but all is not lost. You proved you can clear the virus, which is huge. You are not a non-responder. You did the triple tx, which we all know is not easy. You are tough as nails. The new drugs will probably do the trick for you. Hang in there, recover, stay healthy, and prepare for the next round. Your gonna be ok.

Thanks, that's all one can do. Life goes on.
