I don't know if this helps, but I have read a few people using a couple of spoons of peanut butter?

I started with homemade eggnog, but felt it was too much sugar. Don't want to create another problem after this one goes away, like diabetes!

Tried olive oil, but felt it was stuck in my throat, so been looking for another option. My wife whipped up whipping cream, which I can add some Hershey's or fruit to change the flavor. Went down easy and didn't want to gag! I think I can endure it for awhile.

Side note: I always go for 25-28g of fat, just to be safe.

Mine have varied a lot. Some days things just don't look or sound good.
1/2 cup of nuts with some yogurt worked for a while at breakfast (can't look at nuts now)

Oatmeal with butter, brown sugar and milk my favorite still  in the morning.
Cold cereal in milk with a couple slices of bread and butter
Blueberry muffin
Potato chips or potatoes in most fashions
bagel with cream cheese
cheeseburger with or without the fries (yea I know)
grilled salmon
tuna fish with mayo
sliced avacado
cup of ice cream
those little packages of crackers and peanut butter. 11 grams each package....could eat those anytime

Funny I haven't gained any weight...I have lost about 10 lbs.

I just finished the Incivek a couple of weeks ago and do not miss the fatty snacks.  I have lost 8 pounds.  I always had great difficulty with the AM snack.  I never liked to eat first thing anyway.  I fould that half and half is very fattening.  I would mix with a glass of chocolate milk and oculd get the exact 20 grams by doing the math.  Of course I like chocolate milk!

Im almost finished with the purple pill and for the three months Ive been eating Van Diermen Mini Cream Puffs from Costco.  They might not be the best thing for me but they have simple ingredients and are easy to eat at 4am and just go right back to sleep. Plus only 260 calories for 5 but you still get the 20 grams of fat.

Hi everyone, I am a real newbie, started April 6th 2013 @ 5:30 pm, you know every day is just a closer day to the end. lol. I have never been a breakfast eater. Here is a list of a few things I found pretty easy to eat, and get it down fast. Two (2) shortbread fingers (cookie) with two (2) tbsp Biscoff spread ( nest to Peanut butter @ Walgreens. Spread is really good. 21 grams
One 8 oz. yougart, add 2 Tbsp. Mayo 20 grams. Kills the taste of so much Mayo and is pretty good. I even added some extra frozen fruit for a change up. Reeses peanut butter ice cream cup 19 grams. close enough to 20 for me. Magnum Ice cream bar 20 grams. If any one has anything else that may be easy for the grams please let me know. And the good news is I have not been sick at all. I know this will change but tx has started out ok, Pretty amped, and I have even gained some energy. Maybe somethings are going to changed for me after all.

In a pinch, keep some roasted cashews on hand. Roasted nuts are never actually roasted - they're all deep fried so lots of fatty goodness.

Somebody suggested this on here, and I think it is a very easy way to intake the fat. One 8 oz bottle of Boost Plus has 14g of fat! I would down that in about 3-4 gulps with something else that had 6g of fat. It was so easy compared to what I was doing. I wish I knew about this before I started treatment, because I didn't find out until the final 3 weeks on incivek.

Gatekeeper, Probiotics, will help with the backside, really.  I eat baked potato with sour cream and cheese, BLT's , and scrambled eggs with cheese, I eat the cheese to help bind things up as well.  I have days were I am nauseated, headaches, and then my backside wants to go bonkers.  I have used the infamous butt bullets       prep H and phenergan .  I can't do a lot of sweets and milk?  I have been drinking V-8 for the potissuim  and bananas.  You are so right no 2 days are alike, I am in week 4 and it suxs.  I could not work if you held a gun to my head, I admire anyone that does there are some days I can barley drag myself to the bathroom.  I also deal with the neck cramps and my shoulders get into knots after my shot.  I have small windows like now that I feel good and then it's back to yuck.  I hope you can get some relief.  all the best peace and love MJ

Seems like everything I eat lately is really giving me trouble when it exits. I am really hurting right now. 7 out of 10. No two days are alike.

My two favorite "last minute" choices were four Keebler Pecan Sandies cookies with a little milk, or a 7-11 hot dog with melted cheese food product substance (you know, that yellow, sticky stuff).  Yummy, and 22g of fat for each.

I know this is gross, but I used a tablespoon of Mayonnaise when I was on the move, you can even pick up packets at fast food joints....gross but quick and effective.

Hi there Gatekeep, for more ideas type "20 gm fat" in the search box at the top of the page and a list of previous threads will come up where people have asked the same question.  Have a look through some of them and you`ll find loads of useful fatty recipes! smile

Best of luck! ~ Jill xx

I had lots of fast food, i went through the online menus of all the places near my home and printed out a cheatsheet of all the things that had the right amount of fat. When i went thru the drive thru i'm sure it looked like i was on a diet, with my little printed out menus, only in reverse. I also had alot of nuts, avacados, and spoonsfull of olive oil. But my favorite of all was a glass of milk with some added heavy cream, to get the fat up high enough. I had this every night for the full 12 weeks, it was a real life(and butt)  saver.

Just wondering what people are eating / drinking with their incivek? I work weird hours and with the butt trouble I have to stay away from certain things. Thanks, Brian
