i had lowered dosage on riba after being lowered 3 weeks b4 & then raise up again due to breakin tooth oiff in head & hurt like hell.. nurse practioner got mad & said to just get off treatment & now saying i stopped treatment myself.. thank god a new hepatologist came into myu town but hard to get appt. i am at odds of what to think, if anything new comes up i don;t think they willo let me know right away. one of them told i might need to go see pshychr (shrink) & i am like for what, i just want some info, plus i talk to my shringjk every day of my life  GOD

so i relaped , virla load as of sept was 553,000 after being undetected for awhile. i really think i relapsed while on the med not  within 2 weeks of being off it. got viral load test only 2 weeks after being off treatment.  kathy

TazKat Genotype 1A null responder x 3 riba & iterferon twice, relapsed from Incivek 2012 with only 12 weeks left to do. stage 4 mild cirrhosis 4/25/2014/ started sovaldi riba & interferon.. finished treatment 7/17/14  results 7/25  cleared..

Genotype 3.  Treatment started on 1/11/2013 with Ribavirin and Pegatron.  Week 4 UND.  Week 12 UND.  Ended treatment on 6/28/2013.  Six months post treatment 12/04/2013 SVR.

got blood results back and ok to go back on the peg and eprex will do these shots later tonight after the last Vit pills.  Creatin climb real fast for me and so I will be forceing my self to drink at least 6 glasses of water.  The doctor is sending me to a kidney specialist and altra sound, blood work for December 27 real fast appointments.  Anyways hopefully will get a sense of direction in new year

Welcome back, Bill (and family).

It is strange world we live in, where a man can be excited and happy about reentering a treatment that is as painful as this one. But I am happy for you, and I know you mean it when you say you are happy. Good luck and stay in touch.

Hey Bills.. aka Oddball treatment

I hope your docs are paying attention.. as I know you had mentioned other health issues as well.  Some folks have posted on here that they had stopped a week or so and then restarted, maybe some of the others will mention such.   

 I can't remember which lovely you are on the VIT or the Icevick.. or not? dang brain fog.. my hepatologist highly recommends probiotics for me it has been a butt saver.. Not enuff stuff in yogurt to help the backside.  I will say since they have reduced my Riba to 600 mg a day I am a tad better and have color back in my face but by no means am I able to resume normal activties.  Glad you are happy and you will continue to see your lab results improve.. all the best to ya peace and love MJ

Well  they kinda got it sorted out so as of tommoro I will be back on 600 rib the 12 vict and on monday go for blood then the eprex and peg shot.  Haveing a week off and told to go back on treatmnet is or was questionable but heck I use to play in traffic down town at rush hour so I am back with use again.  Hemo only made it up to 97 but with the eprex and less rib hope treatment delay will not cause to many problems.  Did notice that Alt did climb again when off of treatment .   Old age or the first 14 wks of odd ball treatment must have effected me, I am actually happy.  up at 6:30 a.m. 4 vic and a cup of yogart, run to toilet sit until 2 rib and cup of coffee and shreddies.  being tied to great white porsline god no more than 35 feet away, oh boy only how many more weeks
