It's a day at a time thing. I have found no consistantcy what so ever. I wish I could just walk around the block.

Sounds like a perfect start. If at all possible, keep up the workouts, even if you have to cut them back a little. I tried to stay active and I know it helped me. Don't be surprised or concerned if you have to quit altogether around weeks 8-10 of Incivek. But as soon as you can, and certainly by week fourteen (with no Incivek) start back up. I guarantee it will help you through treatment, although at times it will seem like it will kill you. Just keep up the good work.

Good job on making it to the gym! (My first day, my tummy and head were a little weird. Not sure if it was from the meds or a mental thing.)

Congrats on starting treatment! Day one is always tough, both physically and mentally. It's been a long journey getting this far into it and taking the final step toward SVR can be exciting and intimidating. Kinda scary. But I'm sure you'll do great.

First couple of days are a little weird but it levels off after a while. Same with the interferon. I did my shot on Friday nights too and felt a little crappy on Saturday morning the first few weeks.
I ate a banana and drank lots of water. Peeing clear was my motto....lol....good luck

so i started tx today. interferon, ribavirin plus my first dose of incivek....went to the gym and worked out, feel a little "coldy", but so far so good.  let's hope it stays that way!

geno 1a started peg interferon/ribavirin/incivek 12.07.12.  vl 7.5 copies (32 million) at start. 2.4 (251) as of 01.07.12 vl went up to 5.5 as of 03.05.13. treatment stopped.
