Hi Jill,  I am not sure how i injured it.  But the md's say i have a lot of arthritus.  I think just squatting to gather eggs and everyday life.  They are just wore out.  But it has swollen up.  The MRI showed possible torn minniscus.  I would like to say i did it on the slope.  But maybe next year.  :o)  Thanks for your input.  I am leaning toward no procedure until tx is over.  Not scoping for sure.  But I would like the relief from pain that the oil and removing the fluid build up would give me.  Just don't want to invite extra problems.

My GI has said no to scopeing my knee until after treatment.  Because of fluctuating WBC.   My orthapedic dr.  wants to inject oil in  and asparate my knee.   I am just a bit afraid of infection from all that.  Has anyone have any advice or experience with this.   Thanks

Hi Cathy, good to hear you`ve only got 5 shots left!  aww  How did you hurt your knee?  I haven`t had any personal experience of this but I should think it`s best to take the advice from your GI and postpone the knee scope till you`ve finished tx, it makes sense when your WBC count is low or fluctuating.

Best of luck!  ~ Jill
