My husband took ambien for sleep while he was on the triple therapy.  Be very careful with it though.  His blood counts dropped tremendously, therefore, one ambien knocked him out.  Unfortunately, due to this, his doctor had to stop the treatment. Best of luck to you.

I just use allergy tablets (benedryl, but the store brand). Two of those work for me. It takes about 60-90 minutes for me to feel it though, I usually take it around 9:30, and by 11:00 I am ready to sleep.

 thanks tomyboy.

I took one ambien once this weekend after not being able to go to sleep. It didn't mix well and came back up. Didn't help my RBC count either probably.

Better to take the riba earlier and not be mixing other stuff with the regular meds.

A regular vitamin a day or two seems to help with the fatigue.

Good luck with your husband.

I took 1/2 of a 25 mg seroquel to help
Me sleep. I still had trouble sleeping
Except when on Invicek and at the end of treatment.
Yes, you do need sleep w twins.
I would call the drug company nurse
And your doctor for suggestions too!

since not working tomorrow I'm taking a generic Ambien (ZOLPIDEM)

My doc is good to me when I ask..... He also said take Melatonin. I have to take that earlier in the evening.

When I take the Ambien I'm sleeping close to noon the next day

I don't always take either but when you need one,,,good to know they are available.
