Yesterday was my 45th birthday. It was a birthday pic taken yesterday.  I am so lucky I found this site just like a big family. We support, encourage,  share information and experience each other. I don't feel lonely after staring my triple treatment although it is too tough.  My hair lost a lot, still keeping lost

Best wishes for all guys here.

Tonight is my #20/26, still 6 to go.

Lovely photo of you, Lucy... happy birthday!!

You haven`t got too much longer to go now, and don`t worry, your hair will come back after you`ve finished treatment!

Happy 45th Bday Lucy,

my eyes felt like acid was thrown in them
My 11th and last month. It lasted 6 weeks after treatment too.
Try Benadry and Let your doc know what's happening.
Keep fighting for SVR!

From yesterday, my eyelids and face were getting to be better. Almost not swollen and itchy. I think the main reason to control this bad situation is that my family Doc changed allergic reaction medication from taking Aerius to now taking Cetirizine Hydrochloride. It does work well for me. I don`t worry about it again.

Another good news is my NP called me and told me my RBC and WBC are up a little bit. but my ALT is still a little bit high. My NP told me not  worry about it.

#18/26, 8 to go

Thanks, Zlikster.
My swelling eyelids are getting to be worse. This morning, I almost can't open my eye. I am thinking if I should go to see family doc or not.
That's really bad thing.  I have only 9 to go. I don't want to stop my treatment.

I have experienced and am currently experiencing super itch eye lids and swelling. As weird as it sounds, I've tried everything for relief and the only thing that helps is mint chap stick. It helps with the itching, and also makes it moist so I wont rub/scratch. It has helped a lot. I also take Claritin and it helps too.

Yes it is a side effect. Hope this helps.

Has anyone experienced swollen eyelid and it is enlarging  on the face.  It is rash and itchy.

Is it side effects from RIBA and Pegasys?

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Thank you so much. I am taking Aerius. but it seems not work well for me. Maybe Iwill change Claritin too tomorrow. where can I buy min chap stick? I google it, it is chapstick for lip, right?
Thanks again, your information is very useful for me.
