Hi Ed,

Great that you can get out to fish. I didn't have the energy. Now you've finished the Incivek, you should feel a bit better, but as you'll do 48 weeks, the Riba does knock the Hb down. Keep it up. It's not meant to be easy. Cheers.

Hi Ed, good to hear you`re still hanging in there.  Great that you managed to get out in the fresh air on a fishing trip, it must have given you a much needed boost at this point in your tx.  And now you know you can avoid a rash flare up by following your doctor`s recommended precautions, which must be reassuring when you`re out in the hot weather.

It`s not really surprising you`re feeling tired 16 weeks into your tx, especially if you`re not sleeping well.  If it`s a real problem you could ask you doctor for something to help you sleep, although not everyone wants to go down that route..

Best of luck, you`re getting through it!  smile  Keep us posted...

Hi all, I'm allmost done with week 16 and cant seem to get any energy to do anything this week. On father day I went fishing for two day after speaking to the doctor. He told to wear plenty of sun block under my long sleeve and to protect myself from the sun. I didn't know how my skin was going to react but to my surprise i did'nt have a major rash attack.  This is great for me since I live in sunny south florida where is allways hot and humid. Still hanging tuff i must say on the  rest of the other things, but i have been feeling tired the last couple of days and i think its from the Riba and the lost of sleep I've  had the last 16 weeks. I  sure I'm glad that i finally got to do a little fishing in since the first 12 weeks i was totally afraid to do anything that didn't involve the couch or staying in the house.
