A complete stranger offered me a sip of her water from her bottle as I stood there choking on the line at Wegman's.  I declined, but when I looked in her eyes I saw such kindness and sweetnesss.

I thanked her and I told her that she was very kind to offer to help me....A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

Something like this could also happen to me!

I am a reform Jew but my closest friends are a Buddhist, a recovering Catholic (as he calls himself) and a Unitarian for I chose my friends by what is in their hearts, not by their religion!

Personally, I feel my most spiritual when I am outdoors in the middle of the woods (in the forest).

Thank you for sharing this!

guys,

i know this story sounds incredulous and my close friends concur as well. something like that would happen in ny,boston, california, major university towns. in berkeley ,ca. they were common place. recently i have seen some practising formally dressed in the town i live in. also googled it & found there are many such religious sects in nj as well. i'm currently taking tx not any mind altering hallucinagenics.

was having a rough day w/sx,rude nurses aide and some disappointing news at ob/gyn.

after seeing dr.,making another appt. and leaving,i grabbed my keys. plop right on my swollen foot. grabbed the cane and shuffled out. next thing you know my big toe is bleeding and it's throbbing. i sit down  ,wipe the blood, sniffle and bandage myself.i even elevated the foot  to stop the blood.

now    mind you all the people in the waiting room are looking at me like i'm a wacko. interestingly i looked to my right and i kid you not a man in monk clothing came over to assist me. not only did i thank him but let him know i believe in positivity. just so happens i carry around "the monk who sold his ferrari"often. i whipped it out  and told him that I BELIEVE. i kid you not this truly did happen to me today. wow is all i can say.
