I tried Benadryl etc to no effect..finally got a prescription long acting antihistamine from my GP...it has eased ( touch wood) so hoping it was the Incivek. It was a b*****d at the time!

Sorry to hear about your itchy feet. I can only imagine how terrible having that affect the soles of your feet. I would first ask you if you have asked your doctor if taking an antihistamine like Benadryl or Zyrtec is permitted. Those two over the counter medications will often help you tolerate the itchiness. The Zyrtec helped me greatly and did it without the drowsiness often caused by Benadryl. Second thing to try is lotions like Caladryl (Benadryl and Calamine lotion combination) and plain Calamine. They will give you good relief as well. Soaking your feet in a cool oatmeal based bath will help you too. As Scruffy said, DON'T SCRATCH!! That will compound and make things much worse. It should let up soon if it's related to the Incivek and often is. Ribavirin can cause it as well. Hang in there!

PS: Aveeno makes an over the counter "Anti Itch Cream" that has an oatmeal and calamine base. It works excellent!

Im on week 13 finished Incivek so now on Peg/Riba and this week have red small itchy lumps on soles and sides of feet and feet feel hot..driving me to distraction. Tried cooling, Hydrocortisone and moisturising has anyone experienced this?

Grateful for any possible remedies
