I'm two days  into week 5 of Sovaldi/RIBA treatment, and I'm noticing a general lifting of negative mood. I just feel more "glass half full." 40 years in a bad mood. Do I get to be happy starting in my 60th year? I'll take it!

Check out this 2009 study on emotional distress and HCV:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19676008

------------------

Female, age 59, genotype 2b, contracted in 1974 or 1975, diagnosed 1993. Treatment naive, fibrospect 0-1, persistently normal enzymes, started Sovaldi + ribavirin February 1, 2014
