Glad it worked out for you. Hahaha half a valium and Joni. I guessed your age before I looked. BTW I would stick to Joni and can the V's for now. Your liver has enough to do . Just saying.

Ooh Joni!  She is very calming and an awesome musician.  She is in my cd changer as we speak.  I had the same thing happen to me early on.  I requested a new batch and they complied.  I save it however, and used it when they screwed up my order another time.  It was fine and mine stayed in a warehouse over the weekend.

I`m  glad to hear it turned out ok for you in the end, Roxie, that`s great.  Being on treatment can be stressful enough without any additional worry about medications and I know something like that would have driven me crazy!

I had to smile about the half a valium and two hours of Joni...we do whatever it takes!

Let`s hope all goes smoothly from now on, best of luck!  smile

Half a valium and couple of hours of Joni Mitchell has calmed me down.

The pharmacy assures me meds are good for 24 hours, and just left their warehouse last night.  They were cool in packaging, but not cold.

That, combined with b.s. excuses, waiting all day and finger pointing was just maddening!!

Peace and good health to everybody!

I think it depends on how long it`s been at that temperature, as it`s not supposed to be out of the refrigerator for more than 24 hours according to the package insert.  I would call your pharmacy as soon as possible though and see what they recommend, and they might replace your delivery.

One of our members did have a similar problem a while ago and was told by his pharmacy that the manufactures guidelines indicate that it would remain stable for up to six days, but I would check it out to make sure.  Here`s a link to that conversation...

Best of luck, let us know what they say.  It`s very annoying for you I know and it shouldn`t have happened, but try to stay calm!  smile

I've had mine come late in the day after being on the truck all day. Temp was still ok I guess, they felt cold-cool to me. I can't answer if its ok though best is to call the pegasys ppl and ask if its ok to cool it back down after it reached 70. You have no way of telling how long it was at that temp. I would go ahead and use it if you have to. But thats just me. Maybe some one else has a answer. Feel the click pens and see if there still cool.

Possibility I could be in a ribarage, but my second Pegasys delivery that was supposed to come first thing this morning arrived late this afternoon. (I'm a little wound up right now). Temperature inside the box of 4 proclicks is 70 degrees.  Insert says to store at 36 - 46 degrees.

Should I make speciality pharmacy who screwed up delivery instructions replace or just go with it.

Doctor's office is not sure of the answer?  Thanks for any advice.
