I most certainly will Wayne.  I am really so eager to hear my results. I have a question... Has anyone on here done the twelve weeks of olysio/sovaldi  and it didnt work for them?

Yeah, I'd sure push for an earlier check, Dee Dee.  The chances of an early UND are quite good and the emotional/mental lift for you would be huge.  Maybe it's insurance driven, but maybe not.  Let them know how you feel.

Hummm I don't get why my doc is waiting so long. I have Aetna ppo ..

My Dr scheduled a 4 week VL, same meds

I was actually hoping he'd do it sooner too Matt.. I'm gonna call him around my forth week and ask again. I'm anxious to find out myself. confuse

I would try to talk my Doctor into getting a Viral load test in week 4,  its a very important week to know how you are responding to the meds.

Just my opinion,  the test can be expensive so it might be driven by the insurance people.

They are just checking the white blood cells..won't do the viral load till 8 weeks...oh well..guess that ensures I'll get two months of meds.

I am pretty sure...maybe to check and see if the meds are working? I dont feel any side effects at all... I won't complain

Tomorrow is my first appt since starting my treatment.. Say some prayers for me my fellow warriors! I'll post my results, hope they make me happy biggrin
