I relapsed between week 4 and 12 EOT. I did the Sofosbuvir/ Ledipasvir FDC for 12 weeks. Also I was  UND at week 4 -12 while on the meds. 

Im taking the FDC again for 24 weeks  and went UND 4-8 weeks. Waiting on my 12 week blood work now. I guess we will see.

Hi John,

We've been discussing this recently and since this is such a new treatment protocol, the real time documentation on relapse rates simply doesn't exist yet. You have to resort to the reports provided by the study literature provided by the manufacturers.

Hi .. I asked the same question and I think because this combo of meds is fairly new no one really knows yet... We might have to wait a few months to find out.

G1a prior tx 2005 with peg & RIBA -quit due to bad side effects. Follow up visit showed it was back. Current tx Olysio/sovaldi 673,000 vl on 3/21/14. May 1st undetected vl. EOT 12 weeks undetected!

everyone seems to be achieving undetectable levels but is anyone relapsing?

Undetected at week 2 on solvaldi/rib/interferon:  stayed through week 12 but virus came back as soon as I stopped.  on   Harvoni and ribravirin 24 weeks undetected after two. 8/2/15  12 week EOT  UNDETECTED!  SVR
