Congrats Michaele on the EOT.  I think back of the delays in getting your meds and the frustrations you went through.  Amazing how the time flies.  Hard to believe you're already at EOT.  Truly excited and happy for you. :) Can't wait to see you doing the happy dance when reaching SVR!   I've got a big ole grin on my face thinking about you.  Be well

Rubye , Thanks for good wishes. As for the lab issue, they have never been this late or delivered on different dates before. I can see test being done in batches , but the blood was drawn 7 days ago and  some of blood test remain undone. Hope all is going well for you. Michaele

Hey Sassy , I never had any side effects that I knew of because I already had insomnia, headaches, and gas. I didnt have a headache or digestive issues and slept  better on tx. Now that I've achieved EOT, my head is pounding and I feel ill. LOL Thanks for your words of encouragement . MIchaele

Yelp, another EOT but not "just" another EOT. By any means. This is so good to hear. Congrats!!!

As far as the labs coming in at different times, my doctor's nurse said they run certain tests in batches and not right away for each person.

Michaele,

congrats on your UND EOT. That's a great indication that you will slay the dragon. Get lots of rest and take it easy. Side effects can linger but they do go away. There have been so many UNDs and SVRs lately and it is wonderful hearing about yours. Sit back and watch some movies and shows on Netflix and enjoy your victory.

Hi Michaela,

Congratulations! That's a wonderful milestone in treatment! Time to rest and recover and enjoy the fact that you made it to the finish line. Your labs are looking good and as Jill mentioned, your platelets shouldn't present a problem at that level. You should see everything improve in time. I always had trouble with my lab (Quest) getting results too. It took several calls to get them, so keep on them! Let us know when you hear something. Good luck to you!

Tig                   WOOT!

Michael, You can register online with LabCor for your imediate results. They ask some questiones but it beats waiting for the doctor.

Wow, that`s wonderful, Michaele!  Congrats and a big `WOOT` indeed!

I expect your platelets will improve in time, no need to worry about them at that level.

Let us know when you get the rest of your results.  Very pleased for you!!

(ps - I`m moving this thread to Post Treatment for you..smile )

Hi All ,  Got part of my labs : EOT for the 12 wks, UND !!!  For some reason the lab isnt posting all the results to the Dr or myself . All we have is CBC and Viral load. My platelets have dropped to 124 , but Dr isnt concerned. We are now waiting on Liver profile and Tumor markers . Im very pleased .  It pays to pray, WOOTS me .   Michaele

PS: Just called Lab Corp and inquired about why test results not in. I was told Liver profile not processed yet and the Afp was not ordered. I am now waiting to hear from Dr office about new order for Afp.
