Hi Deb, Really good news. .2 cm growth over a couple months is very slow growth. And no new ones is fantastic. Back in my dealing with HCC every MRI i had showed growth and new leasions. Sit tight and wait for that call . After my transplant my platelets started to recover and today are in the normal zone.  As far as playing in th dirt, you better enjoy it while you can because after transplant we cant play in the dirt anymore because of all the evil bacteria and fungi that like to hang out in our garden (dirt). It has gotten me out of weeding however but I will miss playing in the yard. Its been about 8-1/2 months since Transplant and I think Im turning the corner now. Its been a long hard road but things are getting better now. There is quite an adjustment period post transplant and at times you will ask yourself (what have i gotten myself into) but with time all things heal.  Yes god is good!     RC

Hey Boxers,

Thats a good report! So what’s the plan? Fill us in when you get a chance and enjoy playing in the dirt!! The results are always worth the effort, healthy, too smile

Oh good, an update from you (our dear boxers). Glad the MRI is done. Are there any other things you are due for, while you are waiting? They must keep making you do things, routinely/periodically, to keep you current and ready to go.  I too was VERY relieved spring has finally arrived, winter felt too long. Has your weather been safe enough to get all those tomato seedlings in the actual ground? I have one lonely cherry tomato plant planted so far (in a container) just today. I do not have much of a green thumb, but I bet you do. I like getting my hands in the dirt though, and dream of buckets of fresh pea pods, it is a good pre-occupation. Mostly i get garden fantasy enjoyment versus any real harvest. Reminds me of a gal here who wondered just how potent that riba was (I think it was riba) as, where she planted with her sweaty hands, she thought those flowers died! I don't need any riba for anything in my yard to die, happens all the time. Hope your doing as OK. C.

No news is good news. MRI showed no regrowth of old tumor and current tumor went from .6 to .8cm. Labs are almost perfect except for platelets which never are normal. Enjoying the warm weather gardening...God is good!
