It is amazing that you made 48 weeks. I got to 43. Love your pill counts! You'll be amazed at how fast your wbc, and plt get up there. I hung around 7 for months and now hmg is 14!!!!

You're going to feel better and better every day. Onward to SVR!!! Karen:)

Hi all,

Thank you for your responses!

I've had an added bonus. A cute Lab Tech turned up this morning and took some more blood for a repeat FBC and EOT Viral Load. I was going to wait until next week but my doc wanted it done today. Just got the call that I'm still Undet!. Hb is 7.2 but who cares.

So, I've been Undet. for over 40 weeks. Considering what my liver has been exposed to for the last 40+ years, it's had more than a rest. It's had a First Class Luxury vacation!  Have a great weekend.

I've staggered across the finish line. After 48 weeks, the relief is enormous.

Time to heal and grow some red and white blood cells, and platelets.

I swallowed 3,696 caps of Victrelis and 2016 caps of Riba during Rx. Makes me smile ( or cry) at the thought that in 5 years, Rx will probably be a pill a day for 8-12 weeks.

I'm happy that I managed to take all my meds on time ( apart from being 3 hours late for one dose of Victrelis) and I was able to stay on the full dose of Peg and Riba. For cirrhotics, my doc thinks this is important- we'll see!

So I've done all I can and rolled my dice- lets see how they fall. Thanks everyone, Cheers!!
