This is so well deserved after you`ve fought such a hard battle against the virus over many years.. and now you`ve finally got there...many congrats on SVR!!!!!

I remember when I first joined this forum when I was about to start my own tx, back in 2010, and you were struggling through your 2nd long stretch of peg/riba.  You were always supportive to me and to others who were around then and I couldn`t be more overjoyed for you!!

Please do keep in touch and I wish you all the best and everything good in your Hep C-free life!

I was called in to see my consultant today after the bloods I had last week showed an iron deficiency.  STILL UND!  He said that this meant a cure!  After carrying this vile disease around for 38 or so years and 2 lots of Interferon these new drugs have saved my life even after the first 2 weeks in.  I hope everyone gets this opportunity.  Good luck to every one.
