Took my last 2 pills yesterday. After that I threw out everything related to treatment...pill bottles, inserts, everything. I'm not sure why - I guess I just want to feel healthy again and I don't want any reminders. I was UD as of ~2 weeks ago and will test again Friday. Next stop SVR, I hope! :)

Hi! Two months ago I was hanging out with a friend, and a friend of my friend -which I don't know- offered us some fruit and we ate it. Since he probably washed that fruits with his own hands, is it possible for us to get hepatitis c or hiv ? I know, it may seem stupid to ask such a question but I am really curious...
After my third shot I threw up all night and had diarrhea runs at the same time. Which was unexpected because my second shot gave me only some fever. I had one small piece of watermelon that evening which smelled with nitrates so I am not excluding it was poisoning with watermelon. Or maybe it is the inter...

I noticed a lesion on my right lower-arm and went to see a dermatologist and she biopsied it and the lab results were positive for seborrheic keratosis which is a non-cancerous skin growth. I was wondering how many of my fellow heppers have this condition and could there be an increased correlation of...

I just took my 2nd interferon shot. Last week I had 3 days of severe, constant abdominal pains beginning on day 3. My Doctor's Medical Assistant said that this is fairly common side effect of Interferon. During those 3 days I had thoughts of going to the Emergency Room and thoughts of not being able to c...
I have a general question about what and who to disclose one's HCV status to. I have had genotype 1 Hep C since 1980. I got it in a blood transfusion back in the days when it was called "Non-A Non-B". I've been really good about following medically for it, and currently see a fantastic docto...
I've been hearing about Oil Pulling a lot recently. It is the act of swishing coconut or other oil of choice in your mouth for several minutes and spitting it out. Supposedly the benefits go beyond just oral health. If you've done it or do it can I have some reviews? http://authoritynutrition.com/o...
