I've had 2 herpes outbreaks in my first 3 weeks of treatment. Yikes! Painful and exhausting. Off treatment I get maybe 2 outbreaks a year. If I take lysine with echinacea (Super L-Lysine) it clears up fast. But echinacea is not good to take while on treatment. Anybody got any ideas for me? P.S. Years ago...
